We're looking for a talented, driven Senior Media Buyer who can build, optimise and scale high-performing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads and Google Ads. A curious, creative, solutions-oriented person with a solid grasp of Meta's Andromeda algorithm.

What you'll do

Build, set up and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Analyse campaign performance and produce clear, relevant client reports.
Propose effective, innovative PPC strategies based on each client's goals.
Continuously test and optimise campaigns, audiences and budgets.
Pitch new creative and suggestions that drive client success.
Manage multiple accounts at once, across clients in diverse industries.
Work with the internal creative, ecommerce and copywriting teams for a coherent campaign flow.

Who you are

Minimum 2 years in a marketing agency and ecommerce.
Experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.
Experience managing budgets of at least ~$10K / month.
Fluent English speaker.
Excellent skills in analysing and reading creative performance.
Able to manage large budgets and optimise to KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
Strong research skills for audiences, competitors and keywords.
Able to write persuasive ad copy tailored to the target audience.
Organised, deadline-driven and able to run 10+ accounts at once.
You understand the full growth system: creative testing, offer testing, scaling strategy, budget allocation, CPA, MER, AOV, CVR and profitability, funnel and landing-page performance, attribution and reporting.
Available to work European business hours, to clear deadlines and goals.
Experience with project-management tools (e.g. ClickUp) is a plus.
Optional: P.F.A. / S.R.L. / I.I. (Romanian self-employment).

What we offer

Pay: €20–25 / hour, depending on experience.
Collaboration contract, NOT an employment contract.
Initially part-time (remote) with a 3-month trial, growing into a full-time position.
Flexible schedule: organise your time however you like, as long as you deliver on time.

You only focus on platform ROAS.
You lack DTC ecommerce or agency experience.
You need to be reminded to give an update.
You prefer to work in silence and only report at the end, not along the way.
You avoid difficult conversations or you delay flagging a problem.
