Media Buyer (Google Ads)

We're looking for a talented, driven Senior Media Buyer who can build, optimise and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping and Performance Max) for ambitious ecommerce brands. A curious, analytical, solutions-oriented person who lives in the data.

What you'll do
  • Build, set up and optimise Google Ads campaigns: Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
  • Own keyword, audience and negative-keyword strategy, plus bidding and budgets.
  • Optimise the Merchant Center product feed for Shopping / PMax performance.
  • Set up and QA conversion tracking (GA4, Google Ads tags, server-side where needed).
  • Analyse performance and produce clear, relevant client reports.
  • Continuously test campaigns, structures and budgets toward ROAS and new-customer targets.
  • Manage multiple accounts at once, across clients in diverse industries.
  • Work with the internal creative, ecommerce and copywriting teams for a coherent funnel.
Who you are
  • Minimum 2 years running Google Ads for ecommerce or an agency, with real spend behind you.
  • Deep with Search, Shopping and Performance Max, not just branded search.
  • Experience managing budgets of at least ~$10K / month.
  • Solid with Google Merchant Center, product feeds and GA4.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Able to manage large budgets and optimise to KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate).
  • Strong research skills for keywords, audiences and competitors.
  • Organised, deadline-driven and able to run 10+ accounts at once.
  • You understand the full growth system: testing, scaling strategy, budget allocation, CPA, MER, AOV, CVR and profitability, funnel and landing-page performance, attribution and reporting.
  • Available to work European business hours, to clear deadlines and goals.
  • Experience with project-management tools (e.g. ClickUp) is a plus.
  • Optional: P.F.A. / S.R.L. / I.I. (Romanian self-employment).

  • Pay: $20–25 / hour, depending on experience.
  • Collaboration contract, NOT an employment contract.
  • Initially part-time (remote) with a 3-month trial, growing into a full-time position.
