An interactive story for ecommerce founders

Every legend had an ally. Find yours.

Achilles had Patroclus. Odysseus had Athena. This is the story of who stands beside you, and it's written about you.

Open the book

Your brand.
Your growth partner.

Two halves of one coin.
Forged for the same war.

Every epic begins with a name.

This book is about one founder. Tell us who you are, and we'll write it to you.

Only used to write this story for you.

Book I

The ordinary world

“Tell me, O muse, of that ingenious hero who travelled far and wide.”
Homer, The Odyssey

Every hero starts somewhere ordinary, founder. Yours looks like this: a brand you built from nothing, a product people love, and a quiet question that follows you everywhere.

From a friend. From an investor. From your own team at 1am, when the numbers look wrong:

“founder, who's running your ads?”

Your move

So founder, who's running your ads right now?

Choose to unlock the next chapter.

Look at these stones, founder. Every founder we talk to has buried at least one of them:

  1. This is youIThe freelancer

Brilliant, until your account outgrew one person.

  2. This is youIIThe agency

A report every month. A new excuse every month.

  3. This is youIIIYourself

Midnight. Ads Manager. Coffee number four.

Your freelancer is probably talented, founder. That was never the problem.

One person can't test fast enough, launch enough creatives, watch Meta, Google and TikTok, and still think about your margins. Sooner or later, the account outgrows the human. It's probably happening to you right now.

Your agency sends the report. Maybe the calls are friendly. But answer this honestly, founder: the last time your numbers dropped, who noticed first?

If the answer is you, you don't have a partner. You have a subscription.

You built this brand by doing everything yourself, founder. That's why it exists. It's also why it's stuck.

Every hour in Ads Manager is an hour you're not building the brand. You're the founder, the media buyer, the creative director and the analyst. Nobody wins a war by fighting every battle personally.

A freelancer here, an agency there, maybe someone on TikTok, maybe no one. founder, that's exactly how Infinity Hoop looked in July 2025: a freelancer on Meta, an agency on Google, nobody on TikTok.

Nobody talked to each other. Nobody owned the result. And you were the only one holding it together.

Whatever you tried, it cost you something you never get back. Months. Money. Momentum.

Because that question was never really about ads. What it's actually asking is:

“founder, who do you trust with the money that keeps your dream alive?”

Your move

Be honest, founder. What keeps you up at night?

Choose to unlock the next chapter.

Book II

The call

Ad costs go up. ROAS goes down. Every month you spend a little more to make a little less, founder, and nobody can tell you exactly why.

You've proven the product works, founder. You've had great months. But every time you push spend, the numbers break, and you pull back to where you started.

Meta says one thing. Shopify says another. Your agency says a third. And you're making decisions with real money, founder, based on numbers nobody can explain.

Every decision runs through you. Every problem lands on you. And the people you pay to help mostly wait for you to tell them what to do, founder.

This is the moment every hero's story turns. The call. The quiet realisation that what got you here won't get you there.

And here's the truth nobody told you: it's not a you problem. It's a mercenary problem.

In ancient Greece, there were two kinds of soldiers you could bring to a war.

Mercenary (noun)

Fights for the coin. Leaves the moment the battle turns.

Ally (noun)

Fights for the win. Stays when it gets hard, because your victory is theirs too.

founder, you already know which one most agencies are.

They sell hours and deliverables. A campaign launched. A report sent. Work done for you, never with you. They get paid whether you grow or not. And when it stops working, you're the one left on the battlefield. Alone. At 1am.

You're not the only one who's felt it. Two founders wrote it in the Google reviews they left us:

“We finnaly find a serios team after 4 different agencies and 2 internals dedicated for this”
Ionut Moncea, Google review
“We already had 2 failed collaborations with other agencies.”
Lucas Vasquez, Google review

Four agencies. Two failed collaborations. That's not bad luck. That's mercenaries. And then they found an ally.

Your move

How many agencies or freelancers have you already tried, founder?

Book III

The mentor

“Of all the things which wisdom provides to make us entirely happy, much the greatest is the possession of friendship.”
Epicurus

Good. Then you get to choose right the first time, founder. Most founders only learn what an ally looks like after a mercenary has cost them a year.

Once is enough to make anyone careful, founder. You don't want to bet another year on another pitch deck.

That's not bad luck anymore, founder. That's a pattern. A great pitch, a few good weeks, then the same reports and the same excuses.

Then you're exactly like the founder who found us after 4 different agencies and 2 internal hires, founder. You don't need another vendor. You need the opposite of one.

In every great story, the hero meets a mentor. In the Odyssey, it's Athena, goddess of strategy and war. She never fights Odysseus's battles for him. She makes sure he wins them.

That's the role we play, founder. You're the hero of this book. We're the strategist at your side.

The Greeks had a name for the strength that comes from it: the phalanx. Every soldier held his shield to cover the one beside him. Alone, a hoplite was exposed. Locked together, they were a wall. We call that place the:

“Zone of Partnership”

/zoʊn əv ˈpɑːrt.nɚ.ʃɪp/

Definition: Zone of Partnership (noun)

Where what you know about your brand, what we know about growth, and what your numbers say is profitable finally fight on the same side.

Inside it, nobody waits for the monthly report. Problems get spotted and fixed before they become disasters. And growth stops feeling like a gamble.

The Zone of Partnership: the overlap between what you know about your brand, what we know about growth, and what your numbers say is profitable. YOU US THENUMBERS ZONE OFPARTNERSHIP

founder, you bring the product and the customers.

We bring the playbook: Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, performance creatives, email and SMS.

Your numbers decide what scales.

A mentor is only worth following if they've walked the road before. We have. Many times.

Book IV

The trials

“Give me a place to stand, and I will move the earth.”
Archimedes

Honest answer first, founder: we work with stores doing over €10,000 a month, because below that, your money does more for you in product and offer than in an agency. Read this trial anyway. It shows you exactly what you're building toward.

You're where every big brand once was, founder. When Infinity Hoop started with us in July 2025, the budget was very small, Google was barely spending and nothing was happening on TikTok. Read what happened next.

You've got real volume and a ceiling in sight, founder. When we met Infinity Hoop, they were spending $187K a month on Meta, and the account couldn't scale. Read what broke the ceiling.

You're playing at Infinity Hoop's level, founder, where every point of efficiency is worth a fortune and the system matters more than any single ad. This is your story.

Infinity Hoop · Fitness · USA

July 2025. Infinity Hoop had a product that sells itself on camera, and a growth setup at war with itself.

A freelancer ran Meta. An agency ran Google. Nobody ran TikTok.

Three fronts. Three generals. No one talking to each other, no one owning the war end to end. Manual bids. Not nearly enough tests. No naming convention, no creative strategist, no system.

The team was stretched thin. Sound familiar, founder?

So we did what a strategist does first: we studied the battlefield. Before touching a single campaign, we did the math. A contribution margin calculator, so we always knew what was left after COGS and ads. First-order profit as the target.

Then we built the formation. A simpler Meta account where every campaign has one job. A strict naming convention, so every week we knew exactly which creators and concepts were winning. A research system that kept finding new angles. And when something won, we didn't move on. We iterated until it won bigger.

From July 2025 to July 2026, that's 17.1K ads launched. Week after week. Without breaking formation.

Meta, July 2025: $186,928 spent
Meta, July 2025: $186,928 spent
Meta, August 2026: $1,018,850 spent
Meta, August 2026: $1,018,850 spent

On Meta alone, monthly spend went from $187K to over $1M.

In 2026 the brand grew more than 80% YoY and reached almost $10M in the first 6 months.

That's not a campaign that got lucky. That's an army that kept marching.

Hear it from the co-founder

  • +80%YoY growth in 2026
  • ~$10Min the first 6 months of 2026

Leo, Co-founder, Infinity Hoop

Infinity Hoop didn't find a hack, founder.

They found an ally who treated their numbers like their own, and a system that never depended on one person. That's what we bring to every brand we take on.

Book V

The threshold

“The unexamined life is not worth living.”
Socrates, in Plato's Apology

Every hero reaches a threshold, founder. The point where the story stops being about what happened to you, and starts being about what you do next.

In ancient Greece, no king marched to war without first consulting the oracle at Delphi. Before you spend another euro on ads, you deserve the same: a full reading of your battlefield.

Our offer to you

The Delphi Audit

A complete reading of your brand, field by field. Free. Personal. Brutally honest.

founder, based on what you told us, your reading starts with the battle that matters most.

  1. IYour numbers

Margins, breakeven ROAS, and the products that make you money versus the ones that quietly burn it.

    Your first battle
  2. IIYour offer

What you sell, how it's priced and bundled, and whether a stranger has a reason to buy today.

    Your first battle
  3. IIIYour website

Product pages, speed, trust and checkout: everything that stands between a click and an order.

    Your first battle
  4. IVYour landing pages

The pages your ads send people to, and whether they keep the promise the ad made.

    Your first battle
  5. VYour creative strategy

Angles, hooks, formats and creators, and how fast you find the next winner.

    Your first battle
  6. VIYour ad structure

Meta, TikTok and Google: campaigns, budgets, bidding and naming, built to scale or built to stall.

    Your first battle
  7. VIIYour tracking

Pixels, tags and attribution: whether the numbers you decide on are even real.

    Your first battle
  8. VIIIYour retention

Email and SMS flows, and the revenue already sitting in customers you have.

    Your first battle

This is how we start with every brand, founder: with the numbers, not the ads. Here's what the reading found the first time we opened Infinity Hoop's accounts:

  • A freelancer on Meta, an agency on Google, nobody on TikTok
  • Manual bids only, and not nearly enough tests
  • No naming convention, so no way to see which creators and concepts actually work
  • No creative strategist setting direction
  • No system for creators, and no way to launch creatives in bulk

Every one of those was money left on the table. Every one was fixable. That's what a reading is for.

What you walk away with

  1. Where the money leaks

Exactly where you're losing money today, across all eight fields.

  2. Where the victories wait

The opportunities you're not using yet, in your offer, your creatives and your accounts.

  3. Your battle plan

A concrete plan, built with strategies we have already validated on dozens of brands.

Book VI

The return

Every journey ends with the hero coming home, founder. Odysseus took ten years to reach Ithaca. Yours doesn't have to.

Here's the route, if you choose to sail it with us:

The map of the alliance

  1. IThe reading

Your free Delphi Audit. We find the leaks, and the victories waiting for you.

  2. IIThe target

Together, we set a target ROAS. One number we both answer to.

  3. IIIThe campaign

We build and run the system: creatives, account structure, retention.

  4. IVThe spoils

We work on a performance basis. Our commission comes from your results, so we only win when you do.

  5. IthacaHome

More growth, more freedom, and your time back.

Read stop IV again, founder. A mercenary gets paid whether you win or lose. We get paid when you win. That's the whole difference.

So let's skip ahead. It's a few months from now.

You raise the budget, and the ROAS holds. You raise it again, and it still holds. For the first time, more spend means more profit, not more stress.

New concepts go live every week. The winners get found fast, iterated and pushed. The losers get cut before they eat your budget. You stop guessing what works. You know.

Every product has its margin mapped. Every campaign has a target. When something moves, you know why, and it's already being handled. Decisions stop feeling like bets.

Your email flows sell while you sleep. Customers who looked and left get a reason to come back. Every order is the start of the next one, not the end of the story.

  1. I

You book the trip. Santorini, maybe. And at the gate, you don't open Ads Manager.

  2. II

Your phone buzzes at dinner. It's a sale, not a fire.

  3. III

Someone asks who's watching the ads this week. You don't even look up: “They are.”

  4. IV

Black Friday stops being a panic and becomes a plan you signed off weeks ago.

  5. V

You stop translating your business to people who don't get it. Your ally already speaks it.

  6. VI

Monday goes to the next product, the next market, the next big idea. Not to last week's report.

Your team talks to ours in one WhatsApp group. Nobody waits for a monthly report to find out what's wrong. And the people running your growth want exactly what you want, because their win is tied to yours.

founder, that's what being the hero actually means. Not doing everything. Being free to do what only you can.

More growth. More freedom. And an ally who never leaves your side.
